Five nights at Freddy's is a highly-acclaimed indie point and click adventure game produced and published by Scott Cawthon of Fullbright. It's his fourth installment in the Five Nights At Freddy's series. This time around, you will find three teens - Jason (Dylan Minnette), Billy (Ben Myers), and Freddy (Nathan Fillion) who've only gotten a job in the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza outlet in Fazbear City. The very first nightthey are just about to go on a visit to the park where Freddy conducts his restaurant. Freddy is a lover of films like"A Nightmare On Elm Street", so he's looking forward to seeing it again.
After settling their money, they go out to Freddy's Pizza on the night he is advised to start his show. They are dressed to impress, as Freddy is a very famous artist. The doors of the office are open, but as Jason and Billy hurry in, Freddy grabs them. Jason and Billy run out, while Freddy opens the doors of the office. Indoors, Freddy takes off his mask, revealing his true identity - Freddy Kruger.
Freddy immediately starts to attack Jason and Billy. Freddy uses his magical powers to turn people into stone or to make other things go on their own - such as a truck ahead of Jason. In addition, he makes Jason feel sick. Freddy also uses his ability to control people, like when he makes Jason thinks he is having a heart attack.
Freddy is much more terrifying when he rolls Jason, turning him into a sword. Jason can fight back, but with his unique powers of telekinesis and his voice. Jason manages to catch Freddy, but Freddy uses his ability to throw Jason into a different dimension. Jason gets his memory back and heads back into Freddy's Pizza.
But, Freddy has an ulterior motive - to get back at Jason and Billy for kidnapping him and breaking his soul. If Jason kills Billy or even Jason, he will get a decoration. So, Jason and Billy head to the pizzeria to find their killer...
Five nights at Freddy's turns the regular point and click action sport in the last games into a full-scale terror experience. The images are amazing. The sound is great. The voice acting is superb. However, there are some glitches in the storyline.
Freddy is always about, but he never attacks Jason or Billy. Freddy is simply a background character. Jason and Billy find out that the animatronic dolls are in fact fake, and that Freddy has a grudge against them. Jason and Billy have to find out what happened to Freddy and stop him before it's too late.
While the narrative of Five Nights at Freddy's is a fascinating one, it might not be the best one around. Because of the way five nights at freddy's the game was put together, the events that happen may appear unnecessary or confusing initially. However, once the story and the figures are clarified and the plot starts to fall in to place, the game begins to make sense.
